Terms of Service — FOCUS UP

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the FOCUS UP website and the FOCUS UP online course. By purchasing or accessing the course, you agree to these terms.

The course

FOCUS UP is an online video course that teaches nail technicians how to shoot photo and video content of their work using an iPhone. The course is delivered digitally: after payment you receive an email with your personal login details for the course platform. Access is normally issued automatically within minutes of payment.

Plans

Standard includes all course modules and materials for self-paced learning. Premium additionally includes 1 month of personal guidance on your work, starting from the date of purchase. Feedback is provided on assignments submitted through the channel described inside the course.

Access

Course access lasts 6 months from the date of purchase; lessons added during that period are included. Course access is personal and issued per person. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Sharing your account, or distributing course materials to people who have not purchased the course, is a violation of these terms and may lead to access being revoked without refund.

License and intellectual property

All course content — videos, texts, schemes and materials — is our intellectual property. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use it for your own learning. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, translate or publicly share any part of the course. You may, of course, freely use the skills — and publish the content you create.

Results disclaimer

We teach real, practical techniques used by the author every day, but individual results depend on your practice, consistency and market. We do not guarantee any specific income, follower growth or booking numbers.

Payments

Prices are listed in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the course is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the course after changes means you accept the updated terms.
