FOCUS UP is a digital product with instant delivery: your personal course access is issued automatically right after payment. By purchasing, you agree that access begins immediately and that, once the course materials have been accessed, the purchase is generally non-refundable.
If something went wrong
If you paid and did not receive access, or you cannot open the lessons for a technical reason, contact us and we will fix it or refund you in full. Technical problems on our side are always our responsibility.
Individual review
If you have a specific concern about your purchase, email us within 14 days and we will review your case individually and fairly. We would always rather solve a problem than keep an unhappy student.

Email hello@focusupcourse.com from the address you used at checkout, with the email of your purchase and a short description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days.
Duplicate payments
Accidental duplicate payments are refunded in full — just let us know.
