If the course isn't for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. After 14 days, purchases are non-refundable, since FOCUS UP is a digital product delivered in full immediately after payment.

If something went wrong

If you paid and did not receive access, or you cannot open the lessons for a technical reason, contact us and we will fix it or refund you in full. Technical problems on our side are always our responsibility.
