This Privacy Policy describes how FOCUS UP ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and shares information about you when you visit this website, purchase the FOCUS UP online course or contact us.

Information you provide. When you purchase the course we receive your name and email address so we can create your course access and send you your login details. If you email us, we receive the contents of your message.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly on Stripe's secure checkout and never touch our servers. We only receive confirmation of the payment, the plan you purchased and the email you used.
Technical information. Like most websites, we automatically receive limited technical data such as browser type, device type and approximate location (country level), used for security and to understand how the site performs.
How we use your information
We use your information to deliver the course and your login details, provide customer support and feedback (Premium plan), send service emails about your purchase and improve the course and this website. We do not sell your personal information.
Advertising and analytics
We may use advertising and analytics tools (such as Meta Pixel) to measure how visitors find and use this site and to improve our advertising. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies. You can limit ad tracking in your browser and device settings.
Who we share data with
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the course: Stripe (payments), our email and course-delivery platform (course access and emails) and advertising/analytics providers described above. Each provider processes your data under its own privacy policy.

We keep purchase records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes, and course-access data for as long as your access remains active.
